Any damaged or defective items received are accepted for exchanges, within 48 hours, after receiving your order. This means that you have 48 hours to contact Customer Service at A response email will be sent from our Customer Service Team providing you with the next steps with the return presented in your email.

Note: To be eligible for a return, your item/items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. 

Email the following: 

- Include name and confirmation number in the subject line
- A picture of damaged/defective items along with packing slip
- Include a description explaining the issue/issues with the items

(ALL items listed should be presented in order to receive exchange) 

Note: Your packing slip is your proof of purchase and must reflect all items being exchanged. For any reason that the package slip cannot be presented, a store credit will be provided that will reflect the amount purchased for the item. If your items are sent back to us without first requesting a return, they will not be accepted.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customs Fees:
These fees are the responsibility of the customer. If the package is abandoned due to the customer not paying their customs taxes, we will refund the order MINUS original shipping and 10% restocking fee.

If there are any issues with your order after receiving, you have 48 hrs to EMAIL US with the proper steps. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchange Process:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be sent your exchanged product or store credit. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
