The Challenge of the week was to WIN at putting yourself FIRST! Now for many that can be hard so I hope by now you have figured out what you are going to do. 
Here are 10 Ways To Treat Yourself: 

  1. Take yourself out to eat
  2. Get a massage
  3. Take a Nap
  4. Do some shopping 
  5. Read a book
  6. Exercise
  7. Mani or Pedi 
  8. Drink a cup of tea
  9. Write in a journal 
  10. Speak affirming words to yourself
